Both Sponsors and Exhibitors are able to use the Lead Retrieval by Actigage app to capture the leads that visit their Sponsor and Exhibitor booth.
To allow your Sponsors and Exhibitors to begin capturing these leads, you will first have add the users in the Actigage Event App Builder. You may do so at the Setup tab of the Leads module.
To add a user, click on Add User.
You may select the user's company from the dropdown list. The list of companies in the dropdown list is the same as the Sponsors and Exhibitors in the event app.
Company, First Name, Last Name, and Email are required fields.
Once the user has been added, they may begin capturing leads on their mobile device, as well as take notes to capture any essential sales information.
